Made in Morocco
Handcrafted by artisans in Morocco (so no two are alike!) and custom designed to fit the Always Pan, our beautiful clay Tagine is perfect for slow cooking and long, comforting dinners with chosen family and friends. Tagine

  • Handcrafted in Marrakesh from durable, chip-resistant clay
  • Conical shape means condensation drips down the sides back into what's cooking in the Always Pan, so your food is extra tender, juicy, and flavorful
  • Comes fully glazed, which means no pre-seasoning is required and clean up is a breeze
  • Custom Always Pan fit allows you to cook and serve your meal all in one dish
  • Integrated steam release function/utensil slot lets you control how steamy things get
  • Lid only (pan not included)
  • 10.9 in. diameter, 6.65 in. height

Tiny Tagine (with Terracotta only)

  • Handcrafted in Marrakesh from durable, chip-resistant clay
  • Lid: 2.8 in. diameter, 2.4 in. height; 0.14 lbs.
  • Base: 3.4 in. diameter, 1 in. height; 0.16 lbs.

Ras El Hanout (with Terracotta only)

  • Ingredients: Coriander seed, ginger, clove, turmeric, spices, sunflower oil
  • Made in the U.S.; distributed by New York Shuk, a small independent NY-based brand with spice expertise and Moroccan heritage
  • Vegan, all natural, sugar free, kosher
  • Ras El Hanout translates to head of the (spice) shop
  • 1.9 in. diameter, 4.2 in. height; net weight: 1.8 oz.

Tagine

  • Oven-safe and heat-resistant up to 500°F
  • We recommend gently hand washing; avoid abrasive sponges and intense scrubbing to preserve the glazed exterior
  • Does not require a diffuser to use on stovetop (unlike tagines with clay bases)

Tiny Tagine (with Terracotta only)

  • Hand wash recommended
  • For storing and serving spices

Ras El Hanout (with Terracotta only)

  • Versatile for making either sweet or savory tagines
  • Can also be used in meat rubs, soups, stews, couscous, and even baked goods…the possibilities are endless!
  • The cast iron Always Pan, the original nonstick Always Pan

Traditionware™ collections are designed to celebrate, honor, and tell the stories of our traditions.

Slow Food

The Tagine’s conical shape means condensation drips down the sides back into whatever’s cooking in the Always Pan, so your food is extra tender, juicy, and flavorful, every time!

Made in Morocco

Dating back centuries, the Tagine is a uniquely shaped lid, which allows steam to circulate during cooking, creating rich, layered flavors. Ours was developed and handmade in Morocco by master artisans devoted to preserving this heritage craft.
